1-3 pound bag Claro’s fresh pizza dough
1/2 cup olive oil
1 large chopped or sliced onion
oregano and black pepper
2 tablespoon minced garlic
1-28 ounce can chopped tomatoes
1 cup grated imported romano cheese
Cut pizza dough into 15 pieces (approximately the same size, they don’t have to be exact) Roll into little balls. In a baking dish, put garlic and olive oil. Spread evenly over the bottom. Roll the little balls of dough in the oil and garlic until coated. Place evenly in the pan, about 1″ apart. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and allow the balls to grow (should double in size).
After doubled, make slight depressions on the dough with fingertips. Spoona little tomato on top of each bun, sprinkle with onions and cheese, then spices. Place in preheated 425 degree oven and allow to bake until golden brown, about 30-45 minutes. Make sure they are brown on the bottom.
