8 cups shredded cabbage
3 cups diced apples
1/2 cup Craisins (dried sweetened cranberries)
2 cups diced celery
1 cup pecan pieces
1 cup crumpled blue cheese
3/4 cup chopped parsley
Dressing…
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
3/4 cup butter milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup olive oil
Whisk the dressing together and set aside. In a large bowlmix all other ingredients together and toss with the dressing.It can keep for a day or two in refrigerator.This is definitely one of our favorite recipes!
