Our mother, Geraldine Claro, was one of the best cooks we ever knew. She was the person that began writing down and sharing recipes at Claro’s. Whenever our family got together for any reason, it always seemed that food was at the center of the celebration.
The collection of recipes on our website is a combination of family favorites that we have accumulated through the years. We felt that it was time to share them with you in memory of our mom. We sincerely hope that you enjoy them!
